A Sardinian meadow in every jar

When Sardinian spring arrives, it is an unrivaled spectacle. Within a few weeks, hundreds of species bloom simultaneously: thyme, cistus, dandelion, wild asparagus, asphodel, rosemary, wild fennel, sulla.

The bees face a botanical buffet without equal in the world — and the honey they produce carries all that complexity with it.

Each jar of Spring Wildflower is unique: it depends on which Sardinian area was in bloom at that moment, where the apiaries were positioned, what the season was like. It is the honey of Sardinian biodiversity — unrepeatable, irreproducible, alive.
